Overview

This e-learning course consists of the following:

• A tutorial style program made up of 6 individual modules giving a total study time of approximately 1 hour.

This course is aimed at Direct Debit service users and individuals within organisations where payments are collected by Direct Debit who require an in depth knowledge of the scheme.

The MDD course covers:

• What is a Direct Debit?
• What safeguards does Direct Debit offer?
• How are Direct Debit collections made?
• What happens if a Direct Debit collection is unsuccessful?

MDD also provides:

• A revision assessment - enabling you to assess your knowledge across the MDD e-learning. Each test delivers 30 questions, chosen at random from across the subject areas covered.
• An individual who successfully completes the assessment is awarded a Bacs Accreditation Certificate
