This e-learning course consists of the following:
- A tutorial style program made up of one module giving a total study time of approximately 45 minutes.
This course is aimed at Paperless Direct Debit Service Users and individuals within organisations where payments are collected by Direct Debit. Those undertaking this course are likely to be team leaders in customer service centres, and billing/finance teams. This course acts as a useful refresher for those that have previously taken the Introduction to Direct Debit course.
The WDD course covers:
- What is a Direct Debit and its benefits to customers?
- What safeguards does Direct Debit offer and how are these are practically applied?
- Indemnity Claims process
- How is a Direct Debit Instruction set up using the Paperless service ?
- How are Direct Debit collections made and what are the timings associated with these ?
- How are unpaid Direct Debits notified to service users and what actions should they take when they occur?
WDD also provides:
- A revision assessment - enabling you to assess your knowledge across the WDD e-learning. Each test delivers 20 questions, chosen at random from across the subject areas covered.
- An individual who successfully completes the assessment is awarded a Bacs Accreditation Certificate
