This course is aimed at new Paperless Direct Debit Service Users and individuals within organisations where payments are already collected by Direct Debit who require a basic understanding of the workings of Direct Debit.

IDD also provides:
A revision assessment - enabling you to assess your knowledge across the IDD e-learning. Each test delivers 15 questions and should take about 15 minutes to complete.
An individual who sucessfully completes the assessment is awarded a Bacs Accreditation Certificate.
