A fun, interactive game designed to be used to check your current knowledge of Direct Debit. It can be used to benchmark existing Direct Debit understanding or to check understanding post taking the e-learning courses.
Starting from London, try to pilot a hot air balloon to Paris, then Venice, Dubai, Hong Kong and then finally Sydney by correctly answering questions on increasingly difficult areas of Direct Debiting to thoroughly test your product knowledge.
The Great Balloon Race can be played individually from the Bacs Learning portal or can be adapted for companies to run in-house as part of internal training and development programmes.
